for d 1 month and a half of duty in ZCMC as a biomed intern, i came to realize that an 8- hour duty was not easy to apply especially waking up and at rushing to the tower 1 to attend a flag ceremony around 7:45 am, tiring but amazing nad fulfilling thooo hehe
