@phrag_ Putting you feet like that does add leg drive but you also have to take into effect your posture while on the bench and also if your are bracing your core. I personally go flat footed but that’s just me. If you want a real challenge lift your legs up while you bench shits hard.
@YoThatsImpct Make sure you are going in task manager and canceling out apps like chrome and everything that when you close it even if it says it’s not running it runs in the background.
