Ultra low and tight recirc. All inner skin is removed, leaving ultra tight shaft skin when flaccid and erect, and an exposed mushroom head. Frenulum is completely removed, exposing the delta groove and fully separating the ventral glans into two halves. A 5★ circumcision.
