If a kid doesn't show up all summer to workouts and doesn't participate in team activities with the team..and you have a kid that's better than the kid who's not showing up..and the kid still starts over the kid who's better..what kind of message are you sending to the team..and what kind of standards do you have for the team?

The mechanic-to-aircraft ratio in AMFA’s new agreement with Southwest would require NO additional insourcing of work. This ratio is not an improvement because the current average ratio of mechanics to aircraft is already above 3.
