The kidnappers made my brother call my dad yesterday at 6:34pm.
The call was made using my brother's phone number.
They are demanding for 50m.
My dad called back and the number was unreachable.
The kidnap took place around 9am on Sunday Morning, his car was found close to Y junction in Nkwelle, Oyi local government area of Anambra State.
An eyewitness informed us that he was double crossed by a hilux with armed men in military outfits, he was not alone in the car, he was on his way to church with a girl and they were both taken.
This is the recorded call that was made to my dad and a video of where his car was found.

A fiery speech by South Africa's🇿🇦 EFF leader Julius Malema, over xenophobic attacks targeting foreign nationals.
“You say Zimbabweans take your jobs. Nigerians take your jobs.
You march, close shops and beat up people. Tell us after doing that how many jobs have you created, by beating up these Nigerians, Zimbabweans and Ghanaians?
You beat people because they took your jobs.
You close a shop that hires people. How many have you created after beating and chasing them?
Unskilled men, with no skills, none whatsoever, say somebody took away their jobs. I don't want your votes if you behave like that. Take them away.
Pushing out of school an African child that looks like you, I will never do that. You can take your votes. Make me die with my conscience very clearly.
I will never refuse a pregnant woman of African descent to give birth in the clinics of South Africa. Never!”
As much as toasting/frying the rice helps, there are also other factors to consider to help give your fried rice a longer shelf life.
1. Using too much veggies : many people think the more veggies they use, the “richer” their fried rice is, which isn’t true because infact, using so much veggies will put your rice at a high chance of going bad quicker. Keep it simple.
2. High heat is best : it’s advisable to make your fried rice on high heat because it’s a stir fry dish, high heat helps evaporate moisture faster from your veggies like onions, capsicums, peas and others. The less moisture in your fried rice, the lower the chances of it going bad.
3. Poorly cooked protein : This goes for Nigerian fried rice especially, many people don’t cook and fry the liver properly, this can lead to your rice getting bad too.
4. Use a big(wide) pan : I recommend using a wok precisely, it’s better for high heat and stir fry dishes and it has enough space so it’s easier to air out.
5. Preservation/Storage : this is actually the most important of all because you can do everything right but if you don’t preserve properly, it will still go bad easily. After cooking your fried rice, it’s best not to leave it inside the pot or pan you used to cook it, best thing to do is spread it out on a tray so the heat evaporates easily, then refrigerate within 1-2 hours. Never refrigerate food while it’s still hot, especially fried rice.
So even if you don’t fry/toast your rice, you can still have fried rice that doesn’t go bad easily.
I also still recommend using a day old refrigerated rice though, you won’t need to toast/fry, try it and you won’t regret it😏😏
