Nigerian men (living abroad) need to understand something. You don’t own your wife. See marriage as partnership. And if the partnership is not working let your wife know that you are ready to leave at anytime. I promise you, a lot of things will fall in place with that mindset.

First of all, (most)Nigerian women are trained to want to spend the rest of their life with one man (except you marry from a nonsense family). Once you make her love you, and you are taking care of your responsibilities, she will depend on your love.

Secondly, we need to understand that women are usually innocent until proven guilty while men are guilty until proven innocent. As a Nigerian man stop acting like a saviour or saint. If your wife is not good, talk to your friends about what you are going through, and if it’s costing you your peace of mind, start looking for an exit. Be discreet about it.

A lot of women verbally abuse their husbands but will men report?? No.. Men don’t have time to report verbal abuse, even financial abuse. They keep quiet because they wants to be seen as head of the house who knows how to keep a home LMAO 🤣

If you are married with no kids, and you are seeing traits that will cost you your life, run! If you are married and you have kid’s already, flee!
Child support will not kill you. They will calculate how much you earn and how much she earns before they come to an agreement of how much you should pay. You will be shocked that you will even pay less compared to how much you drop at home monthly.

Also… if you see that there is always a friction between you and your wife, don’t buy anything together!
It is not a must to have a house in the UK.

I’m not here for the battle of Nigerian men and women o, but it’s sad that despite listening to the story of that young man, Someone woke up this morning to say 80% of Nigerian men that are found in prison was because of the abusive nature of Nigerian men.
He even said the lady’s family would have joined the space to testify to what he was saying…. But no! It’s a Nigerian man and 70% of them abusive.

Men! Think! And play safe! Men are in love, (some) women are in business.
