Athletes who share meaningless content about topics that don’t pertain to your personal journey are building a watered down brand. Take that time to build yourself a meaningful lunch.
Being sick is not an excuse to do absolutely nothing. You should be proactive on nourishing your body and giving it tons of nutrients to heal. This would include gallons of water, kombucha, lots of dark leafy greens, beets and beat greens, ginger+lemon+honey tea.
Getting your doors blown off by 40 points then posting a video of your only good play and saying “I got mines though” is some of the most selfish, toxic stuff I’ve seen so far this lovely football season.
