He was part of that Ajax super team few years ago that did wonders in the Champions League, he also led Ajax to an Europa League final. He led Inter Milan to a Champions League final also, a game he dropped a masterclass.

These are the highest levels in club football, and Onana has played in them. You want such a player now that we have qualified to the Champions league.

Yes, he had a bad time in his first spell, and so was the club as a whole. Irrespective, he still delivered the FA Cup in such struggling times, he went to Turkey and delivered the Turkish cup to Trabzonspor. This is a country where Galatasaray and Fenerbache are the gods. He finished 3rd and qualified them for Europe. This guy is a winner.

My guy Michael, give him another chance, you need such experienced player in our quest for a league title after 14 years, we also need his experience in European games as we need to lift the champions league.
