@PLDT_Cares we’ve been stressing for over a month already. From UnliFibr 2799 we’ve been wanting to switch to Unli-all 2499. Unfortunately your team can’t do the switch directly. Not sure why this is but it’s taking so long to get this done. @iamMVP

@PLDT_Cares @iamMVP we’re wanting to get upgraded to the plan we want now but it’s taking forever because of that damn open request that you can’t seem to close? 🫠 Asking for a supervisor to talk to somehow doesn’t work. They’re always on break 🙄

@iamMVP @PLDT_Cares we can’t downgrade directly to Unli-all 2499 but we can downgrade to the lowest available plan. Doesn’t make sense at all. Now that they downgraded our speed, they can’t proceed with the ticket due to an open request. And closing it is taking weeks too!
