Sunderland and Nottingham Forest literally gave Coventry the recipe if you want to survive in this league you need to drop all sentiment and scrap the team that helped get you promoted and spend serious money.
8/11 of this Coventry team currently starting were there last season.
Policy is meant to remove ambiguity.
If people need to use common sense when applying a policy, the policy has failed and must be discarded or modified.
“Yes there is a policy, but apply discretion too.” Please scrap the policy and let us hear word. I have nothing against using honorifics, but why are you asking me to “apply discretion”? To what end is a company policy if I still have to be doing calculations? Take it out.
We reviewed StarrGirl, the first album we've reviewed since 2024.
Afrobeats had us so depressed that we didn't review any album until now.
Ayra has done it again. This is probably her best work. We rated it an average score of 8.4/10.
Lowest (7.5/10) and highest (9/10).
TOE has one of the coolest and most progressive public brands of any billionaire CEO in Nigeria. He has built an image that feels modern, accessible and largely unproblematic, which is exactly why that call-out to the babe felt so unnecessary. It added nothing to his brand and, if anything, felt completely out of character. Las Las, majority of us are conservative and not progressive
Since we are supposed to use emotional intelligence, discretion for first name basis even though it is company policy, can I also do same for resumption and closing time that’s company policy🙂↔️🙂↔️
Since we are breaking one law, let’s break everything
You idiots will call everything woke. What concerns woke with this? I bet it’s company policy to call people by their first name. Why not call the company culture woke?
I don't get this thing. So why are they trying to establish a culture they are not comfortable with??? 😭😭😭
Everyone is okay with Mr and Ms, why not use that and drop the first name gimmick altogether??
So, why didn’t the bank adopt this Nigerian culture, but opted for the “Oyinbo” one that encourages employees calling their superiors by their first names?
"Company policy says 'A' but you should apply wisdom and say 'B.'"
This is a foolish statement.
Following the company policy is what a wise person would do.
Na the Tony wey be hypocrite naim spoil everything.
We shouldn't pick and choose culture based on who’s involved. If it’s first-name basis, it’s first-name basis. You may not like it, but 'you' approved the policy that HR drills into them during training. You should lead it.
