@angrybanks@5liveSport Yes, under the 'good faith' regulation as it was in 2019. There was no specific regulation to prevent spying, which is why the punishment was wishy washy. Southampton were punished under a new watertight regulation that explicitly prohibits spying on someone else's training.
@angrybanks@5liveSport Well we do, because unlike Tonda Eckert, Bielsa had the balls to front up and own it. And to reiterate, it was not against the rules at the time, so the 'story at Leeds' has little relevance.
