@ScottishPower I put a review up last week on TrustPilot and someone replied but that's the last I've heard. I'm still paying £75 a month even though it's only supposed to be £50. Now I apparently owe them £160!!! Sort this out before I cancel the direct debit!!
@UtilitaEnergy manager, I was hung up on! I am a single mother trying to prepare for Christmas which is very difficult when I don't have a big chunk of MY money. I've been to Citizens Advice and will be telling everyone on social media how awful you are.
@UtilitaEnergy your company is a disgrace! You are meant to be refunding me £200 and told me I would recieve this within 14 working days.. I called today and was then told that you don't know when I will recieve that money, it could be more than a month, then when I asked for (c)
