I lived in Gilgit for 2 years but after my recent visit, I have to say that roads are in terrible condition now. Continuous blasting has destabilized the mountains & landslides are happening almost every other day. Newly built Gilgit Naran road has already been badly washed away.

Just when you think these people can't stoop any lower, they outdo themselves. Now they've closed the Babusar route to Gilgit, making it difficult for Gilgit residents living in Punjab & other cities to reach home & cast their votes while also causing long blockages on KKH ffs.
