I had this thread a few days ago [Last month ending] and someone @IykeMilano22048 requested to see my Pistol Squat Videos so here we are

I took this videos today after seeing SCI patients on the ward, then I returned to the Outpatient Gymnasium to re-train a woman with Spinal Cord Injury on a basic motor skill [Side to side turning cum rolling on the mat]

So I called one of my amazing intern @_deenmaah to record the video for me

I was still able to crush 2 reps of Pistol Squat with my Leg Lower Limbs [Single leg stability] compared with my Right 😂😂😂😂
