Dear @o2businessuk after a combined wait time of 131 minutes over 6 calls (I was cut off 5 times) I still can't cancel my contract or reclaim my credit for overcharged invoices. This is AVR and customer service at its worst!

I love @Tesco 's delivery service. But not tonight. Very late AND ALL of the fridge items (including all items for Sunday dinner tomorrow) had been left with other customers. The driver couldn't even work the refund app. Unhappy & hungry 😞

Complete waste of time. Currys admit liability for delivering faulty goods yet won't cover my costs incurred for their error. I'm £45 out pocket.
