Absolutely immense season. Champions of England. Didnt lose a single UCL game in full time. Rivals waited until the last kick of the season.
Never been a better time to support Arsenal. He is staying. He is hungry. He will fix the roof while the sun is shining.
Arsenal FC ❤️
Really a season to be proud of. Heads up Arsenal fans, losing a final is cruel especially in a way like this, but this is a successful season. Two finals, a Premier League trophy, and they achieved it while playing some outstanding football. The good thing is they will be back again, this doesn’t look like a one-off kind of thing. They didn’t fluke their way to the final.
There’s still a lot to celebrate this season.
This team has built something real. Over the last few years they’ve gone from fighting for top four, to title challengers, to a side capable of reaching the biggest finals in football. That progression matters. One painful night shouldn’t erase months of excellent work.
The biggest positive is that Arsenal now have experience. A lot of these players had never played on a stage this big before. They now know what a Champions League final feels like, what the pressure is like, and what the margins are like at the very top level. Those lessons are valuable if they want to come back stronger.
The next step is obvious improve the squad. Add more firepower, add more depth, and give Arteta different profiles to work with in attack. The foundations are already there. The structure is there. The mentality is there. Now they need the final pieces that can turn these deep runs into trophies.
Football history is full of great teams that lost before they eventually won. The disappointment is massive right now, but when Arsenal fans look back at this season in a few weeks, they’ll realise it was another major step forward for the club.
The pain of tonight is temporary. The fact Arsenal have become a team that expects to compete for the biggest trophies in Europe and England again is something worth celebrating.
For what it’s worth, I think everyone should be worried about this Arsenal title win. Asides from how I hate their online fanbase, a major reason why I didn’t want them to win is Arteta. He’s a solid coach and winning one could activate another level of desire and hunger on him.
