After the reflection and celebration at the end of the year, January is a time for hibernating and setting intentions.

In many ways ‘22 could do one: my 3 remaining grandparents died and cancer ravaged my family.
But there were slices of hope: a new job, getting to grips with my mental health and building relationships.
Here’s to more hope in ‘23 for all of us.

@OwsWills It’s also wild that we get taught other European languages in English schools when we have different languages on our doorstep. I get it, but maybe start with Cymraeg, Gaeilge and Gàidhlig then get to French!
We’ve created systems to help us move quick on design and establish good foundations and for most companies that’s enough. So layoffs happen. We know that’s not enough. Design and brand are the differentiator that needs to be woven through journeys.
