#BhaskorONews!!
Ziyambi Ziyambi promised to pay opposition MPs USD30k for them to vote “Yes” to CAB3. He paid them USD10k each before the vote and promised to pay the rest after the vote. However, when the time to deliver came after the vote , he only paid a handful of MPs. Some were only given USD6k, and the rest of Tshabangu MPs were told that there was no CASH 💰left. Some of the MPs even struggled with the transport money to return to their respective constituencies that they BETRAYED! This is the model by TEMU president. The same fate that Prof Moyo , Zivhu , and many others who were purchased to support CAB3 are facing! Enjoy the prize of betrayal!! 🚮
@EFFSouthAfrica President Ramaphosa won't take it lying down. He will try to frustrate the process and use every dirty trick in the book, but it is unlikely that his interdict application will be granted. His days of reckoning are coming!
If #CAB3 is so popular, why is there a need to bribe MPs to support it? The reality is that the bill is unpopular in both Parliament and among citizens. #CAB3 is dead—the regime is desperately offering trinkets to revive it, but it remains dead and buried. #RejectCAB3
BREAKING NEWS | President Cyril Ramaphosa has launched an urgent application for the stay of the Parliamentary impeachment process pending his review into the S89 independent panel report into the Phala Phala. Canny Maphanga reports.
Why a referendum on Constitution Amendment Bill No.3 is unavoidable

It is no longer debatable that the ZANU PF faction championing the current attempts to amend the constitution wants to avoid a referendum at all costs. While they argue that a referendum is unnecessary under the current constitution, the real reason is the certainty of defeat by Zimbabweans in the referendum.
Sorry to repeat what we've been saying many times. A referendum is not at Zanu's discretion. It's not optional. It's neither concessionary nor benevolent. It's mandatory & required by the Consitution for the type of amendment Zanu PF's trying to make. Otherwise it's ultra vires.
The Constitution—not ZANU-PF—determines when a referendum is required. #CAB3 affects entrenched constitutional provisions and must be decided by the people. We will defend constitutionalism, not political expediency. #RejectCAB3
“I am saying the President's term must be extended by two more years so we can have more time to enjoy the fruits of the Second Republic's work.”
CCC MP Matsunga in CAB3 debate.
This pretty much sums up why these MPs are supporting the desecration of our Constitution. By “we” she doesn’t mean the long suffering public of Zimbabwe but her and her fellow MPs and other hangers on who are indeed “enjoying the fruits” of the so called 2nd Republic - in the form of cars and all sorts of other inducements which are hidden from the public.
It is utterly shameful that anyone elected or appointed on an opposition ticket should betray the people of Zimbabwe in this manner.
South Africans, @CyrilRamaphosa and the @MYANC in particular, need to understand that if the faction within Zanu PF pushing for Constitutional Amendment Bill 3 get their way, and desecrate Zimbabwe's Constitution, Zimbabwe will be further destabilised and that will only drive even more Zimbabweans into economic and political exile in South Africa.
The time has come for the South African Government to speak out firmly, publicly and unequivocally, that the destruction of Zimbabwe's Constitution (and the consolidation of power by and into a tiny, corrupt elite) is unacceptable.
The historical facts show that the overwhelming majority of migrants to South Africa come from Zimbabwe. All South Africa's internal measures to deal with this crisis will come to naught if the push factor coming from Zimbabwe is not dealt with.

ZIMBABWE NEEDS A CITIZENS' GOVERNMENT..
There can be no legitimate government without the consent of #WeTheCitizens who are governed. There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently what is fundamentally wrong. CAB3 is the wrong move, a misguided initiative and a selfish national mistake. Far from delivering value, it is an absolute waste of time and resources. Its consequences will be severe and may ultimately consume those who conceived and championed it. #WeTheCitizens reject CAB3, all its flawed processes and choreographed outcomes. This is the new front of the struggle for a New Great Zimbabwe.
The future belongs to organized citizens. We organize. We engage. We build. Come, let us reason together.

@daddyhope The notion that these xenophobic violences, and now the lootings are State sponsored seem to be true. Until the contrary is proved, this notion will remain true and valid.
