Indeed Peter, yet positioning tells people who you are, offer tells them what to buy. you can have killer positioning and still confuse people at the conversion step. your offer is your main leverage.

gone through all that too. even with a portfolio far from where I want it, posting 5% of my work, I'm getting quality leads almost daily which are sometimes hard to manage.

For the record, I was leading an agency for 2 years, we had poor product but exceptional offer, making roughly 150k/month in profit.

at the end of the day, it's business.
