Finally got my car back after 20 days. The service team did a good job fixing the issues — credit where it’s due.

But the real disappointment isn’t the service. It’s that a defective vehicle was delivered to me in the first place, completely ruining the excitement of buying a new car. I’ve lost time, money, and the whole experience.

@MahindraRise @anandmahindra @Mahindra_Auto @MahindraXUV3XO how do you plan to compensate for the loss caused by a fault present since Day 1? As a first-time buyer, this has been extremely disheartening. I honestly feel cheated by the quality check process.

For context, I bought the car from @NarainAutomobi4 Lucknow and this entire experience has shaken my trust in the brand.

Still no response from @MahindraRise @anandmahindra . The silence itself says a lot — incredibly irresponsible for a brand of this size.
If this is how you treat customers publicly, I can only imagine how you handle things privately. Disappointing!

Bought my @MahindraXUV3XO 6 months ago. Day 1: a warning light already on. Mentioned it during 1st service — got the classic “small issue, we’ll fix it later when the parts are available.

Now my car has been held hostage in the service centre for 15+ days with deadlines that keep shifting.

@MahindraRise @anandmahindra do you guys skip quality checks before delivery? Or are first-time buyers like me just easy targets?

Paying EMIs and public transport for a fault your team delivered factory-fresh.
Honestly, didn’t expect the “SUV experience” to include this level of frustration. Worst delivery & service ever.
