Pst. Nath said I should tell 20,000 people Congratulations 🎊 ❤️. This might be impossible physically, but I'm very sure this tweet can reach 20,000 people.
So, If this pops up on your feed.
Dear YOU, CONGRATULATIONS!!!! E Don Land!
#HallelujahChallenge
My both kidneys failed at 31.
I went through Dialysis three times a week. I was dying slowly.
They put me on the transplant list and said I might not last. One night after dialysis I could not stand the pain. I shouted to God until I had no voice left:
The next test before transplant showed my kidneys working again.
No dialysis since. It's been four years and they still work.
The specialist said he had never seen such a thing.
I gave the rest of my life to God.
I think Pharmacists should be legally allowed to fight a maximum 2 clients per day, just 2 especially community Pharmacy. Some people really need to be taught a lesson.
There’s a phase you get to in life life,
all those hymns you sang in your childhood as mere songs , starts making total sense
Because what a friend we really have in Jesus ?
PCN, PSN, ACPN, all relevant organisations are just obsessed with the collection of dues.
Imagine going to renew my license and they told me to pay dues totalling over 100k, it's absolute lunacy.
Pharmacists are literally the chillest people in the hospital and they make our jobs so much easier.
I legit do not stress myself, just call pharmacy
“Hi i want to switch xyz antipsychotic, what’s the switching protocol and please double check allergy status”
Men of Honour 🤝
The job of the pharmacist is not to “give out” drugs.
As a doctor, if the pharmacist questions your prescription please double check. Even if the pharmacist was rude, first double check b4 you talk your own
Doctors are not meant to work in a system where every order is obeyed blindly.
Even military hospitals don't operate that way.
Pharmacists are supposed to question unsafe prescriptions.
Laboratory professionals are supposed to reject inappropriate, duplicate, or poorly indicated tests.
Nurses are supposed to speak up when something looks wrong.
That is patient safety.
But there is a difference between a clinical challenge made in good faith and a culture of casual disrespect & ego battles.
The first protects patients.
The second poisons teamwork.
A serious health system needs both.
The humility for orders to be questioned when necessary, and the professionalism for that questioning to be done respectfully, with clinical reasoning, and in the patient’s interest.
From this viewpoint, you’re just an invisible dot, yet your Maker knows you by name. He has said, even the very hair on your head is numbered by Him.
Also this is why I believe it when scripture says “Every eye will see Him”
Awesome🥹
