Cancel the $7.4 Billion Rafale-M deal. We aren’t gonna go to any Naval conflict in the next 15 years. Might as well fund the TEDBF until then and field them and save crucial forex. Can hold IFRs, Malabar exercises and all those bilateral exercises and be happy at the port.
