Make no mistake, these new intern class photos represent each residency programs commitment to diversity. A residency program can no longer make the argument we can't attract "qualified" Black applicants or applicants of color when it's obvious that other programs are successful.

@CassieWernke - wellness half days every y-block (every 6 weeks) for whatever we want
- chiefs hold pagers during noon conferences so we can actually learn
- random visits by the therapy dogs 🐶
- take out for the night shift team once per block is paid for by the program
