2025 was a disaster of a year.
so instead of goals, a list of things i Will achieve in 2026:
start college in October.
find and be consistent at a fulltime job until i start college.
100kg/225lbs bench press.
grand champ in rocket league.
run at least once a week every week.
unfortunately i dont feel the same way about The Watcher.
I think The Watcher takes everything good about the original game, and adds on it in the worst possible ways. it feels way too repetitive, forces you to experience the same areas TOO many times, and it doesnt land for me.
the variety in characters Downpour has and how each of them exhibit a completely different playstyle while all feeling nuanced, and they are all extremely fun in their own way, added on to the lore being incredibly fun to experience.
Calamity has been an inseparable part of my day to day life for 5 years.
having the opportunity to develop for the mod felt like a privilege, for it to end this way is beyond gutting.
in spite of that, it was a joy to show creative vision and dream.
Thanks for the road.
for the third time in a year and a half, heartbreak and disappointment over a project i poured countless hours playing, developing and dreaming about improving
its not fair and it sucks and its wrong
@IGN I feel like this title is kind of in bad faith, as he clearly refers to “falling further and further behind” on blog posts rather than TWOW, which is not mentioned. The more important element of this is his mental heath and how he’s doing.
