Biko i am asking because I’m curious.
Do people still care to know the names of our leaders?
Like do nursery and primary school children still chorus or rhyme the names of political office holders, trying to get acquainted with the positions they hold?
Do people still sell current affairs?
Do they still ask such questions in exams?
Do you feel bad when you realise you don’t know these ‘elites’?
(So these people will leave office and it would be all for nothing. No one is interested anymore)
😂 😂 😂
If I sit in my office for the whole day, without going about trying to solve one issue or the other, I feel like smth is not alright.
This profession don turn me to kweku the traveler.
Always on my feet.
Why did I make my previous tweet?
Asherkine made a video sensitizing people to get their PVCs- the first and most minute act of patriotism and if they were 10 persons in that video less than 4 actually had their PVC. The rest said, they didn’t have. Not that they were yet to collect it oo having registered- THEY DIDN’T HAVE.
And they were laughing about it. If you go to their social media pages, these humans own the book of lamentations about poor governance and wrong leadership. To please who?
You don’t even have your PVC for God’s sake.
Then patriotism also means assistance to the govt. these suspects are Nigerians perpetrating crime amongst Nigerians in their very communities. What effort have we done to make these places inhabitable to them.
Sometime last year, kidnappings was very rampart along the Eastern-southern roads and travelers were constantly abducted. What did the villagers do?
They burnt down bushes within the crime vulnerable area and kidnapping reduced. So before you say they were armed and you are not, that was an unarmed response to a problem. They could be many more but we choose to sit in front of cameras.
The kidnappings in Oyo state has been widely condemned by well meaning citizens in Nigeria and beyond. The sight of the torture of these children is irritating and hurtful to the eyes and mind.
I share my voices with the very good people who have chosen to speak up but while this is commendable, I will also share my observation and the reason why incidents like this will continue to reoccur.
Firstly, we are a bunch of unpatriotic citizens and our leaders know that. We speak for the concerns of humanity simply because we are human and not because we are patriots and this can be seen in the various agendas and scenarios that most people; especially those who have adopted public activism as a genre of content creation.
Over the past days I have consumed videos or content on the issue, I will just be watching a person speak about the kidnapping and then boom, he/she draws context or tries to paint a scenario that completely ruins the essence of the of the video and I am irritated.
Why am I making this tweet?
To tell us that it’s ok to mourn at home and do your best to protect yourself until you find out if the security options you have put in place was ever sufficient, rather than sit in front of a camera and mock the harsh reality of people simply because you feel compelled to, maybe because you are a public figure or you simply don’t want to be caught to have been uninvolved when the topic was heating.
Shalom my fellow Nigerians.
46 children are in terrorists den.
46 children are in terrorists den.
46 children are in terrorists den.
The Nigerian Government is doing nothing.

Please retweet this for the world to see.
It only takes one minute to share.
There is an alarming rate of entitled hoodlums disguised as service operatives in Nigeria.

AIRPORT STAFF PLEASE TAKE NOTE.
Apart from MTN and maybe Airtel
Which other network provider is in this country?
And did they say no other company can venture into this sector?
Because I don’t understand why we are forced to deal with this level of 1999 service delivery.
5g is not 5g
4g is a charade.
3g means you don’t need service.
Imagine going to a network provider’s branch office to resolve an issue and the reason you spend an entire bright Monday morning there, is because they also don’t have network.
We have to really be a joke to you all.
I just Dey vex
Mtchewww
Disadvantages of studying law or being a LAWYER
1. You cannot read leisurely. I read novels, looking for context and deeper meaning. Bro!!!! It’s suppose to be for leisure. (But I can recommend a few good books.)
2. You will have constant headaches and neck pain. (I don the plan to go buy laptop stand, because yesterday my head nearly no stay straight again).
3. You will always second guess anything you buy that isn’t coloured black, white or generally dull. (I bought a red bag and anytime I use that bag, my confidence reduces. I fit go back house to change am to black sef.)
4. You can’t listen to a joke without you brain posing defence and wondering how it’s funny. When it sounds defamatory?
5. You will start enjoying dark humor. 😂
6. If you are female; they will start preaching that no one should date you ooo 😂
7. If you are male, they go gaslight you die. Because every logical conversation would be met with “it’s so difficult to talk to you because you are trained to be defensive, all you want to do is argue”
(Lawyer no fit just enjoy relationship or find love)
My advice: still read law ooo or not 😂
The legal profession may have a lot of defunct rules, laws, principles and practices that I can argue, that it needs detailed reevaluation and readjustment, especially to reflect the current realities of the profession.
But in all her wisdom ,there are some salient rules of professional conduct that she has insisted on and we may think it’s limiting but it’s to save the sacrosanctity of the profession.
One of such rules is advertising and media interview. When she said we should desist from it, it’s because she knows that a little window of acceptance will bring about abuse and a case of complete mockery to the profession.
BUT WE GO GREEE HEAR?!!!!
See the news making the rounds today about the Justice crack case. Lay men who have no understanding of how the system works, would seize the opportunity to rant nonsense and there is nothing we can do about it, because we have conceded to such humiliation.
Well, the sad things is- the rot stems form the head down to the tail.
I don just tire to the defend this Una legal industry.
Be the change you want to see.
Dialo!!!
