Suddenly, you’re still here —almost by accident—and now you’re faced with building a life you didn’t even think you’d have to consider.

Learning how to actually live after years of passivity isn’t easy. It’s like learning a new language, where the basics feel foreign and purpose feels slippery. You’ve already survived so much, and now you’re in this unique position to shape your life intentionally. It’s okay if you don’t know how to do that yet —start with the small stuff, with figuring out what feels good, what brings a sense of calm, what even sparks a tiny bit of interest.

Living takes practice, and you're allowed to ease into it at your own pace. Just remember, you're not alone in feeling this way —there are others out there navigating this exact same, weird in-between. Take your time to find meaning, no rush, no pressure. You’ve already come this far, and that’s something worth celebrating in itself.
