It has come to our attention that many schools are not aware of the Validation Status feature in KEMIS.

To check your school's validation status:

1. Log in to your school's KEMIS portal.
2. Click on Total Active Learners.
3. A list of all learners in your school will be displayed.
4. Scroll to the far right to view the Validation Status column.

If some learners have not been validated, take the necessary action to complete the validation process before the data for third term capitation is taken.
