I will go to work by 5am and close by 10pm.

Infact the unit had to do a meeting making it compulsory for me to leave and hand over once it is 5pm

@Nrs_Kethz It’s a systemic issue, everyone is doing procedures that they are not trained for. That you know how to do something does not mean you have the competence and approval to do it.
Unless the system is put in check, the rot will continue.
