@airindia@airindia I understand unfortunate circumstances and situations, but having such uninformed staff who huff and puff at customers, shows how dysfunctional the flow of information and communication is.
The Air-hostess and host have been nicer but please better train the ground.

I have seen more competency in local buses than in your entire ground staff
One of your ground staff in Mumbai had the audacity to blame us for the delay. Questioning us why we didn't book the flight that arrives early for a flight that was delayed by you for 4 hours

Offer better compensation for domestic travellers too.
Even though my trip is international, the first leg is domestic & subjected to such a situation.

And your own ground staff have no idea as to how long the delay is going to be. One gave me a ticket saying it's 1:45 hr delay, the other has marked on the ticket saying the flight is delayed for 4hr

And also there is no monetary compensation for domestic flights? Only for those originating from UK / Europe .

They told they can't work on it for 2 days.
Told we can leave and go to another place
They initially said they can't jumpstart
They jumpstart the car and told us to go to a different service centre or the other option is we buy a new car battery

They don't provide any assistance to pick up the car and neither offering to drop my 60 yrs old parents back home and are stuck in the service center ?

17:08 hasn't shown up and I can see on the map that it is going a different route.
