I placed a trade on AUDCAD which was in profit of $100+ before setting my breakeven which price didn’t reverse before hitting TP only for me to check my marchtrader to see it took me out with a loss and price didn’t reverse so how did that happen I texted the support which they opened a ticket for me I sent all proof about the trade including a TradingView proof that it didn’t reverse after setting break even and a screenshot of when I was in a profit of $100+ the next day my account was tagged breached even when it was obviously not up to half of the daily drawdown which I sent screenshots
It’s been 3 days and I haven’t been told anything the first day I opened a ticket and texted I was told it’ll be resolved under 24 hours which didn’t happen the next morning when my account showed breached i reported again and I was told before the day ends it’s been 3 days now…I even sent screenshots of the issue to the general chat but it was deleted by your moderator

You guys should fix this ASAP
