Why I think pest control is a smart PE play

When I was 19 knocking doors, I kept hearing this line:

“Most pest control shops make it. A lot hit multi-millions.”

Anecdotal, sure. But it stuck with me.

Texas keeps adding people and rooftops.
30M+ population and still climbing.
Leads the country in new homebuilding.
More roofs = more routes. Simple.

Rodent and termite pressure is real in big metros.
That keeps service frequency high and churn low.
