Lack of Work Opportunities?
If it was due to the lack of work opportunities at 9star, that would be understandable. But with the opportunity to join a big project like 4E, even 4E themselves wanted FayeYoko. So why would she suddenly decide to leave? They even mentioned that it was management’s decision to withdraw FY.

Personal Relationship?
If it was about their personal relationship, we trust they are professional enough to manage it. FY even attended acting classes together before everything unfolded.

So the question is, what does 9star have on Faye that pushed her to terminate the contract?
