So apparently this boy’s father abandoned him and his mother.

When they were asking him about his father I expected him to say “he’s late”

But no. The man is alive somewhere. I know I don’t know the details. They didn’t say.

But the summary is the man abandoned them

And this is not even about the union between the man and the woman. It’s not by force for a marriage to work.

But what kind of a man abandons his seed? What kind of a man is fine impregnating a woman, but when it’s time to show up to do the bare minimum, he leaves and women are left to grapple with the toil of raising the children

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again to my ladies

Nature has made it such that we are the ones left with the evidence of what happens between a man and a woman in secret

It is inside your body the child will grow

It is very very very hard for a mother to abandon her child

Even the Bible said “will a mother leave her suckling child”?

Even if all she has to eat is sand, a mother will starve with her baby

That’s why you to look well when choosing.

I know that sometimes life happens and even some men that started off good can veer off and become useless.

But still, to a large extent, a responsible man does not just change overnight.

Please be stingy with your body my dear young girl reading this.

Be very stingy with your heart and your affection.

A poor man does not mean a good man.

Look at his track record. Is he hardworking? Is he responsible? Does he care for the family he came out from?

Does he know Jesus?

Has Jesus changed his heart and nature?

Does he have a conscience?

Does he act with integrity?

Don’t allow one testosterone driven male somewhere who does not respect you enough to do what is needful, who is busy pressing your breast in the corner, putting his hand inside your skirt, that one he can do very well

But he wont come and see your parents

He won’t show you his church

He is just using 2k someone gave him to buy you shawarma and is pressing you in one corner

And you’re there saying “you’re in love “

If I slap you ehn, that useless love will vanish

Better wise up.
