@sainsburys I asked for the address for complaints as I wasn’t satisfied with the response to an online grocery order that had a bleach based product leak on it. Brian dismissed my request. Bleach products should be segregated from food deliveries.
All I asked for was a proper apology and to understand the outcome of the internal review into how this could have happened. Brian suggested that a generic one line of ‘Sorry about your order’ was an apology and that was sufficient. I suspect Brian wants me to go away….
