Dear @Delta , XENOPHOBIA IS RACIMS! And the staff at the airport - that’s the face of Delta - should never be racist. Worst place to be racist and xenophobic is at the airport , especially JFK, where there’s people from all around the world everyday. pt12

They also said that I couldn’t file a claim due “wear and tear” when they refuse my right to file a claim. They just did again over email. @Delta costumer care team doesn’t care at all. pt11

Today, after 11 days I received an email from @Delta not really addressing the issue of the racist comment. Xenophobia is a form of racism and should be treated as such. pt10

I think I spoke to over 20 crew members from @Delta since I was mistreated at the JFK airport. pt8

After ONE FULL WEEK, @Delta care team said that they can’t give me a refund. I have not asked for a refund. I suffered xenophobia and I want to make this right. pt7

I have a picture of the woman who refused to give me her name, I have pictures of my luggage. I have been a costumer for years, I have the @Delta credit card. This can be unsolved. I also emailed DOT. pt 6

And just to make it even more clear - I am a permanent resident in the US - where I have pretty much the same rights as a citizen. I would like an apology because xenophobia isn’t something someone should suffer at the airport! @Delta pt5

We don’t get up in the morning, to take a 10+ hours flight to get to your destination to be mistreated and suffer xenophobia or racism. It doesn’t matter how I got into the US, I was accepted by the government and I have the same rights as everyone else @delta - pt4

They told me to file a claim online - I needed a reference number which both refused to give me, I called and they told me that in person they should have filled my claim. The point in here, besides of them refusing to do their job was the racism @Delta - pt3
