@Ryanair When we asked for staff names, the colleague literally ran away. This felt like racial profiling, and it was humiliating to be treated so unfairly in front of everyone - another passenger even asked if we were okay and said it felt like racism too. The only difference? Our skin.
Appalled by @JohnLewisRetail . Sold a “new” kettle that was clearly used for weeks — full of limescale. Returned it the very next day with proof of purchase. 2 weeks on: no resolution, no accountability. Chelmsford manager refused her name. Is this your standard now? Disgraceful!
