Adults who haven’t done ego work walk around hurting others. That’s why they say you need to heal your wounds so you don’t bleed on those who didn’t hurt you. That sh*t is so real. I find the ego’s favorite weapon is the tongue.

There have been so many instances where I listened to my emotions, convinced they were telling me the truth, not realizing that it was just my ego flaring up. The ego ruins relationships, man. Every adult needs to dedicate serious time and energy to learning & disarming theirs.
