I ran my first outdoor 400m of the season Saturday at Faith Academy Relays with a time of 56.14. Excited to keep working to improve this time as the season progresses!

I had my first outdoor meet March 4th where I PR’d in the 200m running 24.30 into a headwind!

Happy with how my conclusion to indoor season went at Nike Indoor Nationals. I PR’d and placed first in both the emerging elite 200m (24.58) and 400m (56.91) as well as ran a 7.84 in the 60m. So thankful for the experience I had and am looking forward to my outdoor season ahead!
