@TicketmasterCS you've continued to post 6 times today but failed to acknowledge any issues with the purchase of Oasis tickets? Clearly there is an issue with confirming availability, and the poor advice your CS bot has given, but still no acknowledgement?
What do you say to all the people that queued this morning and got through when your site then you failed to confirm tickets? this is not a user error but a website error and a service error. There are now 26000 people in front of me, the venue only holds 90000?!
@ojsykes@TicketmasterCS I guess they don't care as wither way they sell the tickets. I had tickets for something else earlier in summer - customer service was dreadful then too!
@TicketmasterCS@Sutty1990 But it is stuck on confirming availibility so cannot change ticket type - ia laso tried this before when it was saying it could not confirm and that did not work either, The issue is your website not how we are using it.
