This is probably the best answer I've ever heard to the question, "Why did God create evil?"
A professor at the university asked his students the following question:
“Everything that exists was created by God?”
One student bravely answered:
“Yes, it was created by God.”
The professor asked :
“If God created everything, then God created evil, since it exists. And according to the principle that our deeds define ourselves, then God is evil.”
The student became silent after hearing such an answer. The professor was very pleased with himself. He boasted to students for proving once again that faith in God is a myth.
Another student raised his hand and said:
“Can I ask you a question, professor?”
"Of course," replied the professor.
“Professor, is cold a thing?”
“What kind of question is this? Of course it exists. Have you ever been cold?”
Students laughed at the young man's question.
The young man answered:
“Actually, sir, cold doesn't exist. According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is actually the absence of heat. A person or object can be studied on whether it has or transmits energy.
Absolute zero (-460 degrees Fahrenheit) is a complete absence of heat. All matter becomes inert and unable to react at this temperature. Cold does not exist. We created this word to describe what we feel in the absence of heat.”
The student continued:
“Professor, does darkness exist?”
“Of course it exists.” said the professor.
“You're wrong again, sir. Darkness also does not exist. Darkness is actually the absence of light. We can study the light but not the darkness. We can use Newton's prism to spread white light across multiple colors and explore the different wavelengths of each color. You can't measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into the world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you tell how dark a certain space is? You measure how much light is presented. Isn't it so? Darkness is a term man uses to describe what happens in the absence of light.”
In the end, the young man asked the professor:
“Sir, does evil exist?”
This time it was uncertain, the professor answered:
“Of course, as I said before. We see him every day. Cruelty, numerous crimes and violence throughout the world. These examples are nothing but a manifestation of evil.”
To this, the student answered:
“Evil does not exist, sir, or at least it does not exist for itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is like darkness and cold—a man-made word to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not faith or love, which exist as light and warmth. Evil is the result of the absence of Divine love in the human heart. It’s the kind of cold that comes when there is no heat, or the kind of darkness that comes when there’s no light.”

When you start to read the bible more, your mind and heart starts to transform for the better. You become a better human, friend, family member and christian. The end goal really should always be to become more like Jesus.
Christmas is not about “when” Christ was born.
It’s about what His birth changed.
History was split.
Hope entered time.
Salvation took on flesh.
Calling Christmas “pagan” without nuance ignores a basic principle: When Christ enters a culture, He redeems meaning, He doesn’t ask permission from history.
The incarnation itself was God stepping into a human system.
That reality doesn’t disappear because Rome had a calendar.
Reject the celebration if you wish, that’s a personal conviction.
But to say Christmas has nothing to do with Christ ignores the incarnation, theology, history, and lived faith of millions.
Christmas isn’t a holiday Christ started.
It’s a revelation believers reflect on.
And every time a man encounters Jesus, Christmas happens again.

There’s no way you’ll study the Word, pray, and actually sit with Scripture that your life won’t change. The Word transforms you. It sharpens your discernment. It makes you wiser. It makes you better.
The Holy Spirit is not a mood.
He’s a Person, He is God.
Some believers think the Holy Spirit is just a feeling — a chill during worship, or a wave of emotion during prayer.
Prayer alone doesn't change things. There must be "boots on the ground" taking strategic action. Even Jesus, a man given to prayer, still asked Peter to launch out into the deep and cast his net. He didn't say wait at the shore the fish will come to you.
Prayer is gaining air control, but without ground movement, the advantage gained in the air will never be seen.
I need unbelievers who have questions about Christianity to look to Jesus
Not pastors, prophets in the Bible , or the church
Look to Jesus
Christianity is perfect
Christians are not
Permit me to take this a bit far.
Many Nigerians are full of anyhowness.
It is in how someone builds a house and stops halfway, no plaster, no paint, no finishing touch, yet proudly moves in. Little efforts matter, but we ignore them.
It is in how your generator starter rope cuts, and instead of fixing it properly, you just wind the rope around by hand every day like it is normal. We get too comfortable with inconvenience.
It is in how the government builds one side of the road and abandons the other to completely deteriorate. By the time they return to fix the neglected side, the first one is already damaged again. It is a never-ending cycle of poor maintenance.
It is in how people throw dirt out of their car windows, then complain about blocked drainages when it floods.
It is in how someone installs a door but never fixes the handle properly. Or paints a wall but skips the corners because “it is not that serious.”
This anyhowness shows in our work, our mindset, and even our leadership. We rush to start things but rarely finish them well. We do not value details, yet we want excellence.
If we want a better country, we must start by changing that spirit of “it is okay like that.” Progress begins when we decide that doing it well is just as important as getting it done.
