Today is my last day at the Free Press. I'm so, so grateful for my time here and all of the wonderful people who have made Detroit feel like home.
For now, I'm going to go back to California, relax and spend time with family.

Jamestown Twp residents defunded their only library in the August primary because of LGBTQ+ books. They put the millage back on the ballot Tuesday, hoping with more people aware, it would pass.
