Using the same route today when the bus pulled up with the same driver she purposely didn’t get on due to her previous experience and waited for another driver. The fare is 4.35, she paid 5.25 and still got refused lol. She’s the sweetest lady ever too! Bus #9101

My girls mom was on the @Durham_Transit 900 pulse going east around 5:30pm yest and didn’t realize the fare went up till the driver told her. Without argument or hesitation she added more money for the trip (even more than the actually fare cost)

Yet he still refused to give her a transfer, forcing her to walk the duration of her trip home. She’s 62, she left home at 5am that day and was SO upset. Is this how you guys have your employees? That were scared to send our senior family members in transit with you? I’m SO mad
