I seriously had such poor mental health my ENTIRE life that as a kid/teen/young adult I remember insomnia and not being able to sleep ever for years with purple bags under my eyes… & now I sleep in my apartment by 11pm every night soundly. 🥹 that reality just hit, very grateful
