Тортури, сексуальне та гендерне насильство проти всіх осіб, незалежно від віку та статі. У цьому контексті Комісія зацікавлена в отриманні більшої інформації щодо того, як були організовані місця ув’язнення, де тортури повторювалися, і які сили/служби застосовували катування або віддавали накази про це.
Вплив атак на енергетичну інфраструктуру, зокрема на охорону здоров’я та освіту, на цивільне населення, як безпосередній, так і довгостроковий.

З метою збереження безпеки та конфіденційності наданої інформації рекомендується надсилати її за спеціальною електронною адресою, створеною Комісією для цієї мети: [email protected]
