@XpressBees absolutely pathetic service. Your rider marked me ‘unavailable’ (happened twice) for a return pickup without even calling me. Called your team myself, got told ‘I won’t go to that area, someone else will.’ Days later, still no call, no rider, no update. Fix this.

@lufthansa cancelled my flight, hasn’t refunded me for months, and instead sent an email explaining why I won’t receive compensation.
How about returning my money first? Terrible customer service.
I’ll never fly Lufthansa again or recommend it to anyone.
