@AmazonHelp It is. The documents are on the Kindle app on my phone and on my Amazon account. They have been emailed successfully but I cannot get them to download onto my Kindle.
@AmazonUK I've tried all your trouble shooting steps and am still having the same issue with getting emailed files onto my Kindle. Customer service has not been able to solve or even identify the cause of the issue. My files are in the app and on my account but not my Kindle
@AmazonUK . I also had issues with books I purchased the other day not downloading to the kindle but I was assured this was unrelated by customer service? I have also reset and resynced my device and connected to another WiFi.
@AmazonUK Thankyou, I emailed the files correctly as they are showing on the kindle app on my phone. The issue is that they are not downloading on the kindle itself
@TMIrelandHelp will you be able to transfer Taylor swift tickets? If I don't have a code but my mum does on her account and she pays with my card, making me the lead booker will she be able to transfer them to me, or will she have to attend with me to be able to go?
