This public system has been severely abused.

The whole "free healthcare" can only be sustained because we make our doctors work cheap in 24-hour calls.

Even mature healthcare systems like NHS in the UK also doesn't allow their people walk in clinic/A&E anytime they like.

When i saw those ungrateful patient who kept defaulted and non comply,
I hope we don’t have to fully subsidies our healthcare system.
So they can be more grateful bcs every procedure and medication is damn expensive. They just don’t care because they didn’t know the real cost

KESEDIHAN SEORANG BAPA YANG TIDAK DAPAT DIGAMBARKAN DENGAN KATA KATA

Seorang bapa di Gaza, Mohammed Abu Al Qusman baru sahaja mendapat anak kembar lelaki iaitu Asser dan Aysel

Selepas kelahiran dua anaknya. Beliau segera menyelesaikan pendaftaran surat beranak anaknya dan dalam perjalanan pulang rumahnya dibom Israel menyebabkan 2 anaknya gugur bersama isterinya dan juga ibunya di Deir Al Balah Gaza

Ketika mengetahui berita itu beliau masih memegang surat beranak yang baru didaftarkannya

Dia turut menjadi Imam untuk Solat Jenazah bagi kedua dua anaknya
