This morning felt very unfair to me.
I knew I had a matter at the Federal High Court today, and because I had been there on Monday, I already knew the courtroom was extremely tight and that many people would end up standing outside.
So I prepared early and got to court around 8:30 a.m. just to secure a seat. Thankfully, I found one.
A few minutes later, the court registrar came to me and asked me to stand up because the seats were reserved for externs.
In my mind, I was wondering why lawyers who arrived early should have to give up their seats. Mind you, I wasn’t the only one asked to stand. Another lawyer was also told to vacate his seat.
The externs knew the courtroom would be crowded too. Just like the lawyers, they could have arrived early to secure seats.
What bothered me wasn’t even the request itself. I understand that externs need to be accommodated and given a good learning experience.
It was the manner it was done.
The lawyer tried to explain, but the registrar immediately said she wasn’t interested in hearing anything. At that point, I just respected myself and stood up.
I honestly felt embarrassed.
A little courtesy and respect would have made the whole situation easier to accept.

So all these posts I see on Twitter saying:
“I carry your mama yesterday night”
Maybe it’s not entirely a lie.
Because who exactly are those older women standing on Adeola Hopewell, VI at night?
Their children are probably on Twitter too.
@_fefas I had Cundy, but i was skeptical and kept it somewhere, but immediately i listened to your lineup on the Thinktom academy webinar I was like oh let me even see what Jamiu is talking about, since then i can’t even stop using it, its so detailed, brief and well explained!!!
People who say this don’t realize that, even if your parents didn’t give birth to you, you would still come into the world by some other means.
Maybe through different parents.
Maybe as a cow.
Maybe as a dog.
Maybe as another living thing entirely.
The point is that your soul will still come into existence.
A lot of people don’t understand the concept of existence.
