@MattWalshBlog You can, but not wirh recipes requiring lots of different ingredients. You need beans, potatoes, or rice, and a protien of some sort. Remember casseroles? Filling because rice, potatoes or noodles, add a protien and a veg. Easy way to stretch a budget.
