@edda_vt@IzzyElectrum Card companies got in trouble with the US government for trying to restrict what users can and can't do, this is old news at this point, they removed the trash because it was a non descriptive tag that are covered way better by more descriptive tags; sexual content, gore, etc
@BluthundAu Like if you were to see the skeleton of a trans person, it'd likely have signs of hormone therapy which can cause your skeleton to shift/change, but obviously it'd still look like their natural born sex
@BluthundAu I'm not a transphob, but I don't think he means he can tell if they were male or female genetically, I think he can't tell if they were trans. Because telling if a skeleton was male or female is at least 90% accurate, but telling if they were trans is less accurate...
@ScottyDontTwit@JSeklinde@ROOTBEEROFF@VRChat Because I don't think they check if you actively are using it once a report is made, they may just inspect the model on "good faith"
@ScottyDontTwit@JSeklinde@ROOTBEEROFF@VRChat That's what I said, Rooty said they aren't actively using the avatar, but technically since you can see people's uploads on their profile (not sure if that applies to privately uploaded) it could be a form of intentional malicious reporting (1)
@JSeklinde@ROOTBEEROFF@VRChat Well specifically their ToS say it's not allowed in public, they explicitly state they don't passively moderate behind closed doors. So it's weird to see someone get banned for a privately uploaded avatar that isn't being actively used in public
